[Mldonkey-users] hiccup every 20 minutes

Hey there,

I'm monitoring my mldonkey traffic and exactly every 20 minutes there's 
some kind of "hiccup": Up- and download rate goes to almost zero for 
about a minute. After that time everything is fine again - for the next 
twenty minutes.
What could that be? I found no setting with a value of 1200 or anything 
else which makes sense.
