[Mldonkey-users] Wrong estimated upload Bandwidth?

Hi,
My Router shows that mldonkey (running an an another Server) sends twice 
as much upload Packets than my upload can Handle, 20kb/s instead of 
10kb/s(throttelt with a script similar to the wondershaper). 
max_hard_upload_rate and max_hard_download_rate are both 0 'zero' .
Setting  the uploadrate to 6kb/s gives about 9kb/s real upload, which 
works but it is also not correct.
