In a previous mail:

Ocaml include files should be in /usr/lib/ocaml/3.06/caml/, not
/usr/include/ocaml/3.06/caml/... unless the maintainer of the debian
package has changed the compiler for that. You can check that by using
the -verbose option (you take the failing "ocamlc ..." line, and add a
-verbose after ocaml), it will display the command used by ocaml to
compile the .c file.
