[Mldonkey-users] disable upload during <m> minutes | how many users?

Hi there,

1. question:

nu <m> : disable upload during <m> minutes (multiple of 5)

This is a command from the telnet GUI. Is there a similar "command" that can 
be issued to the Web-GUI like "http://localhost:4080/submit?q=kill";?

2. question:

Does anybody know reliable numbers how many people actually are using 
mldonkey? It would be interesting to know how big the user base already is. 
Hey, but maybe it's just me who is that curious... :-)
