[Mldonkey-users] 13.5kb transfer bug, upload slot bug

Anyone else notice once in a while, after just starting a new file, 
you get about 13-14kb, and the transfer dies?  One almost wonders if 
it's another client testing to see if it can jump up in your upload 
queue by sending you a few kb...or perhaps more likely, a bug between 
two clients.

Also- seems like the recent versions have a problem with dead upload 
slots.  For example, cancel an existing file with uploaders.  Now, do 
a "reshare"(note: another bug, the temp files re-appear and must be 
manually deleted), and then look at the uploaders queue.

Whereas in older versions those uploaders would immediately loose 
their slots, in current versions those uploaders seem to retain their 
slots, blocking other clients- for at least 10-15 minutes, maybe 
indefinitely.  Only a client restart will fix it...
