are there firewalls that can't even cope a few thousand states or so? from my packet filter (OpenBSD/PF) docs:
"a 486/66 with a pair of good ISA NICs could filter and NAT close to 5Mbps" and "32MB should be plenty for close to 30,000 states"...but of course, if you're throwing four hungry mldonkeys at the poor box at the same time...
