Follow-up Comment #2, patch #5781 (project mldonkey):

bluetack.co.uk uses Corel Distribution Network to provide load balancing,
this does not work well all the time. This patch was done to test something,
its not sure that this patch will be committed as-is.

Now bluetack shows a 403 error...

Be assured that no patch will be committed which violates RFCs.
