Details:

Hello,

I'm wondering why haven't been added any more environment variable neither
parameter to the call to file_started_cmd although them have been added to the
call to file_completed_cmd .

This could be used, for example, on a user quota controlled system to ensure
users don't make lots of uncommited downloads and override the quotas (amongst
other uses such as mailing the sysadmin).

Hoping you can bear this request in mind for future releases:

This is not really a bug in the code, but in the description of the 'home'
item, at least in the idots template. 'Home' should be described as something
other than the default app, but rather the welcome screen...
