[Mlview-hacking] some specifications in mlview messages

Hi all,

After few bugs found by Christian Rose <address@hidden> in mlview
messages, It would be interesting to respect the rules defined at
http://developer.gnome.org/doc/tutorials/gnome-i18n/developer.html.

I'm going to read this tutorial ! :) and fixing i18n bugs !!!!
Look the bugs summaries for few examples.
