I'm going to take a look at mod_caml, but not soon. It first requires
all of the OCaml packages waiting to go into Fedora to get reviewed
and approved, which is taking a painfully long time.

Looks like either libapr or libap (or both).

Should be possible to use them together, although I haven't tried it.

It needs a sponsor. It's in pkg-ocaml-maint (built against Apache 1.3).
