We should make a vote on this:

1: Reload the config file automatically when changed (status quo)

   0:  [ ]
   -1: [ ]

2: Reload the config file *only* on the SIGHUP signal
   +1: [ ]
   0:  [ ]
   -1: [ ]

   2.a: (suggestion) Implement a monit -t option for checking the
        syntax of the monitrc file. Like apache's httpd -t option
        +1: [ ]
        0:  [ ]
        -1: [ ]
