ChangeLog: 

* Git: use rev-tree to get the ancestry graph
       fix the parsing of the diff-tree output
* View: get rid of the branch selector combo box, 
        some fixes for set_prefs
* Main: stop parsing MT/options
* Unidiff: hack so as to remove the sha1 from the combo box
* Viz_style: no autocoloring by default (it calls repeatedly cat-file)
