2005-04-28 Emile Snyder <address@hidden>

        * annotate.cc: Remove some I()'s.  annotate output on some files
        is not finding all lines (eg., commands.cc has 3 blank lines
        and one ending } line unassigned).  This is a bug, but turned the
        I() into a W() since the rest of the output is useful.
        Also commented out some L()s from
        annotate_lineage_mapping::build_parent_lineage as they were
        showing up as non-trivial time wasters in the profiling.
        * tests/t_annotate_branch_collision.at: New test.  Tests case
        where a branch has multiple roots, with the file of interest added
        in each.
        * testsuite.at: Add it.
