        * commands.cc: Change the annotate command to use the --revision
        flag instead of implicitly selecting a positional argument as an
        optional revision id.  Turn I() into N() when user attempts to
        annotate a non-existent file.
        * database.cc: Remove implementations of get_file_delta() which
        was originally written when the annotate was trying to do it's
        work useing the xdelta's directly.
        * monotone.texi: Update annotate section for the --revision flag
        change.
