        Work in progress tracking down the core bug in annotate.

        * annotate.{hh,cc}: Lots of debugging stuff put in.
        * tests/t_annotate.at: Add case where nothing has changed in a
        file since it's addition to the project.
        * tests/t_annotate_lineage_dependent.at: New test which exhibits
        bug.
        * testsuite.at: Add it.
