 * very verbose logging of automation commands
 * fix bug in monotone.py; if a buffer contained a result packet
 and the last result packet, we would return to select() without
 passing the last result packet; we'd wait forever for monotone
 automate stdio to send us something we had already received.
 * ensure monotone instances are properly destroyed in direct
   non-PSP handlers
