ChangeLog: 


 * all known bugs fixed!
 * syntax highlighting was working on MacOS after all
 * greatly overhaul revision.psp display of certs and revisions
   this fixes the bugs spotted in TODO
 * thanks to tbrownaw, njs, graydon; made the representation of 
   basic_io encoded data much more sane.
 * made everything hanging of basic_io work again..
