ChangeLog: 

- Move the creation of the database to the install script.
- Make the database name configurable.
- Add functions in the install script to deal with installation of
  configuration files, possibly prompting the user in Debian style.
- More fixing was required for the removal of $WWWDIR, I had forgotten
  to check for dotfiles.
- Just so ln stops whining, remove the symlink before creating it.
- $CONFDIR/secfile should be owned by $WWWUSER, not be in the group
  $WWWGROUP.
- Spurious single quote removed.
- Add a configuration file for Apache 2.
- A bit more verbosity...  and a lot less (I had tar shut up :-))
