ChangeLog: 

* BUGFIX: now the root workspace directory is stored as workspaceDir and not the
  user selected directory which resides somewhere inside this workspace
* added temporary visible root item, due to a bug in monotone automate inventory
  the real root item isn't outputted and therefore can't be processed (obviously
  one can e.g. add attributes to this "directory" and it is shown in automate
  get_revision and automate get_manifest_of)
