ChangeLog: 

* improved TreeView's headerView() restore/save; now also visual positions are 
saved and header sections can be moved again
* removed several unneeded sync()s in Settings, since this would too often
write out changes of headerView items and is not needed anyways (QSettings 
saves its settings implicitely anyways)
* TODO: for some weird reason the main widget splitters are not properly 
restored/saved, check whats fucked up there
