ChangeLog: 

* One event can now depend on many other events, instead of just one.
  This allows to add tag and branch events as dependencies to the
  last_commit. Thus the topological sort later on correctly puts tags
  and branches before any other commits on the same file.
* removed the silly has_parent_rid and use null_id(parent_rid) instead.
