ChangeLog: 

* check the monotone version on every start and show the preferences dialog
if an older version or no version has been found
* refactored Guitone.cpp heavily and put menu buildung, view & model creation
and connections into separate methods
* updated translation accordingly
* updated the README that Guitone now needs monotone 0.32 or higher
