ChangeLog: 

First implementation of a ticker for automate stdio, temporarily also
exposed to normal commands (since there are no automate commands yet
which make use of tickers obviously). Introduced two new stdio output
types "h" for "header" (basic_io description of the ticker) and "t"
for "tick" which outputs exactly one tick and flushes afterwards.
The tick is outputted as shortname (like style = dot).
