ChangeLog: 

* Select.cpp: remove trailing newline (if sorting direction is DESC, this
is shown in the first row)
* Toposort, et al: internal sorting works, now that the Monotone wrapper
reads on readyRead() and no longer on readyReadStandardOutput() (the latter
seems not to be called everytime... weird); the view is still sorted 
wrongly in alphabetical order, since for some, again, weird reason the
proxy model's lessThan method is not picked up
