ChangeLog: 

* apparently the crash was really a result of a qdesigner / qtgui bug,
because giving the pref window a fixed min and max height made the 
segfaults disappear
* the logger now outputs also fractions of seconds
* I added a little header which is printed above each guitone session
so one can separate multiple sessions easier from each other if the log
is written to a file
* German translation is done as well
