ChangeLog: 

rewrote huge parts of the Monotone wrapper so it honors the command number
and calling parts act accordingly to check if its their output which
has been notified with commandFinished() - a little bit of a step back
since there is no nice way to throw individual signals at individual callers
but on the upside we're skipping a lot of trouble which we had previously
with waiting on other commands to be finished first.
btw, it only compiles, but doesn't work properly, so, keep away from it
until it lands in nvm.guitone
