ChangeLog: 

* Inventory: made getBranchName and friends static methods, because that is
what they are actually. We just need a QObject now pointing to a decendant
of the active main window to recognize the attached monotone instance
* Monotone.cpp: better regex to strip the monotone prefixes on error strings
* MainWindow: revamped UI slightly, removed verbose nonsense text in db
mode because it is no longer true anyways, added widget for "none" mode
which explains what to do if in this mode
* Inventory/MainWindow: catch errors if the inventory could not be read
* MainWindow: if in none mode and a new database/workspace is loaded, close
the window (currently its only possible to get into this mode if a workspace
could not be loaded or if this is the very first load of the app; if this 
workspace is the first workspace in the recent workspace list, i.e. no other
window is open, a user might expect an  instantly closing application, to 
avoid that, we have this "mode"; of course errornous workspaces are removed
from the recent list)
