ChangeLog: 

        * tester.cc (read_directory): New lua extension.
        (posix_umask): Fix annoying warning.
        * testsuite.lua: Kill the giant list of test cases.  Instead use
        read_directory to scan the testdir, and put every directory that
        has a __driver__.lua in there.
