ChangeLog: 

* renamed DatabaseView to ChangesetBrowser (classes and UI)
* made models in ChangesetBrowser private
* if a branchModel is recreated, make sure the old is disconnected and
deleted before
* removed tool button in favor of a pure text button (we'll definitely
allow icon/tool buttons later on, its just that we all need to pixel them
ourselves for now, and that looks ugly. at least the whole app is now
consistent in this regard)
* some minor layouting changes in changeset_browser.ui (use QBoxLayouts
instead of QFrames for layouting)
* some indention fixes in ChangesetBrowser.cpp/.h
