* cmd_agent.cc (ssh_agent_export): Add support for specifying a filename for 
the key to be exported to
* monotone.texi: Add section to the tutorial about ssh-agent support and 
deprecation of get_passphrase(), add docs for filename option above
* tests/ssh_agent: Change tests to use filename support above, tests should all 
work now
