ChangeLog: 

* rcs_import.cc: added an extra function get_branchname() to 
  cvs_history, to get the complete branchname from the interned
  id.
  Use this interned id in prepared_revision and look up the branchname
  only at the very end.
  Small fix which corrects the commit message string.
