  commands.cc, monotone.cc, revision.cc, sha1.cc:
  
  Add a short abstract for each command so that 'mtn help' can show
  a nice list of commands together with that brief description.  The
  old output of this help command was so compact that was of few use
  to new developers.

  Also make 'mtn help' show a list of command categories alone by
  default, and allow this command to take a category name as a
  parameter for further information.  'mtn help <category>' now
  lists all commands available in that category together with their
  abstract description.
