ChangeLog: 

* general: file history view which retrieves its data from the new 
GetContentChanged model; this uses get_content_changed, 
get_corresponding_path and parents from automate to follow content marks
up the revision tree for a certain file; this does not yet work properly
for renames and crashes in certain circumstances, but its a start
* InventoryView.h/.cpp (createAndConnectContextActions): move above dtor,
add "History action"; tabs to spaces; removed void args
* MonotoneDelegate.cpp (et-al): better error handling
