ChangeLog: 

speed improvements to avoid double execution of commands whose
data we already gathered, still, trying to gather the file history of
a file which was changed rather often, takes a bigger amount of time
(commands.cc from nvm's head about 1:36, while standard mtn log with
--no-files --no-graph --brief on the same file just takes 1:25 AND
already pulls several certs as well)
