  cmd_netsync.cc, cmd_othervcs.cc, cmd_packet.cc, cmd_ws_commit.cc,
  commands.cc, revision.cc, sha1.cc: Redo the changes made in revision
  4d51b1eb3bc9324aa290bcd237f0b1c04c62a343 in a more clean way by
  changing how command aliases are represented.
  
  Instead of recording them as new (and different!) items, make each
  unique command know all the names it has.  This simplifies the process
  of working with commands that have multiple names (e.g. eases locating
  all aliases).
