ChangeLog: 

* cmd.hh, cmd_db.cc, cmd_key_cert.cc, cmd_packet.cc, commands.cc,
  revision.cc, sha1.cc: Let's start an experiment.

  Modify the way commands are represented so that there is a parent/child
  relationship between them, effectively forming a *tree* of commands.
  There are still some rough edges and current commands that support
  subcommands (such as automate or db) have not yet been adapted to the
  new style.

  The key idea behind this change is to generalize the way subcommands
  are defined so that 'mtn help' can easily provide consistent help on
  subcommands, whatever they are.
