ChangeLog: 

* cmd.hh, cmd_list.cc, commands.cc: Convert the 'list' command to use the
  new style to define subcommands.  This is a proof of concept and already
  exposes some severe problems that are difficult to fix with the current
  implementation, such as the unability to properly handle options.
  
  It is clear that it is not possible any more to use a single word to
  identify commands, so this has to be refactored.  Commiting now to later
  do this clean-up from clean state.
