ChangeLog: 

 * rcs_import.cc: improved the cycle splitter, reallocating the
   Graph after every splitted cycle. This prevents buffer overruns
   and makes it easier to split blobs, as we don't have to update
   the edges in the graph - those are recalculated for the whole
   thing anyway.
