ChangeLog: 

* asciik.cc, cmd.hh, cmd_automate.cc, cmd_db.cc, cmd_diff_log.cc,
  cmd_files.cc, cmd_key_cert.cc, cmd_list.cc, cmd_merging.cc,
  cmd_netsync.cc, cmd_othervcs.cc, cmd_packet.cc, cmd_ws_commit.cc,
  commands.cc, commands.hh, monotone.cc, revision.cc, sha1.cc,
  simplestring_xform.cc, simplestring_xform.hh: Begin the big
  refactoring of the 'command' class to allow defining a tree of
  commands instead of a single set.  This will permit us getting
  help on subcommands, and defining them in a consistent way.

  Note that this is *severely* broken and incomplete.  Monotone does
  not work at all right now.  I'm commiting these changes as they
  are because I want to merge them with a related change (not yet
  commited), but without intermixing them in the same changeset.
