ChangeLog: 

* tests/invoke_toplevel_group/__driver__.lua: New test to check that
  command groups cannot be "executed".

* tests/command_completion/__driver__.lua,
  tests/test_the_help_command/__driver__.lua: Extend these tests to cover
  the help and command completion of subcommands.
