ChangeLog: 

* cmd.hh, cmd_automate.cc: Rename automate::run to
  automate::exec_from_automate to make its purpose more clear.  Make it
  private and add a comment to document its difference with the regular
  exec inherited from command.

  While at it, declare automate commands as classes instead of structs
  for consistency with the parent class.

  Based on comments by Markus Schiltknecht.
