ChangeLog: 

* file_diff.ui: revamped UI for this dialog slightly, added the 
first/second/both options into its own field above the button bar which
now includes two additional buttons, "prev" and "next" with...
* FileDiff.cpp, GetFile.cpp: ...which one can navigate to the previous
and next change group
