ChangeLog: 

* DebugLog.h/.cpp: new logging type "info" which has no Qt equivalent
* Preferences.cpp: ...make it configurable here; also hide the debug option
if we actually run a release build
* vocab.h: use DebugLog static methods straight for single char macros,
this introduces DebugLog.h as global dependency f.e. in the monotone
wrapper, but I don't care too much about that
