ChangeLog: 

* lua.cc (Lua::loadstring, Lua::loadfile, run_string, run_file):
Change string const & arguments to const char *.
(run_directory): New function split out of LUAEXT(includedirpattern).
(LUAEXT(include)): Use run_file.
(LUAEXT(includedir), LUAEXT(includedirpattern)): Use run_directory.
* lua.hh: Update to match.
* lua_hooks.cc: Don't include any boost headers.  Remove namespace alias
for boost::filesystem and using-declaration for boost::lexical_cast.
Adjust various calls to run_string, run_file.
(lua_hooks::lua_hooks): Make 80 column compliant.
(lua_hooks::load_rcfile): Use run_directory.
* tester.cc: Remove unnecessary include of boost/lexical_cast.hpp and
associated using-directive.  Adjust call to run_file.
