ChangeLog: 

* cmd_automate.cc (CMD_AUTOMATE(stdio)): better error messages when a
completion fails - I know some people say we shouldn't complete commands
here at all, but this would make the whole interface inconsistent (since
the same commands would still be completable when not called over stdio)
* commands.cc (command::find_completions): stop immediately if an exact
match of a child command has been found and return this single child;
adapted the unit tests appropriately
* tests/automate_stdio/__driver__.lua: removed lua check for mtn 
automate cert bug (the correct behaviour is now checked with the
unit tests in commands.cc)
