ChangeLog: 

* specialized_lexical_cast.hh: Rename lexical_cast.hh.  Change all files
that included boost/lexical_cast.hpp (except this one) to include
lexical_cast.hh instead.  Add comment explaining why it is necessary for
specializations to be visible everywhere that uses lexical_cast.
* Makefile.am: Update MOST_SOURCES for this and my previous change.
