* paths.cc (file_path::depth): New function.
(paths:depth): New unit test.
* paths.hh: Declare file_path::depth.  Add comments.
* restrictions.cc (node_restriction::includes, path_restriction::includes):
Use file_path::depth instead of split_paths.
