ChangeLog: 

Improve error handling for mtn_automate lua hook.
  - Log the commands called.
  - Return a boolean indicating success or failure as well as the automate
    output.
  - On informative failure, return ONLY the error (in a form usable from lua).
  - On invariant failure, dump the relevant error before failing (in a way
    that aborts the lua script).
