Change the default lua hooks to introduce a new network scheme: ssh+ux
The ssh+ux scheme assumes a server is already running at the remote end
and it uses a command on the remote machine to connect to it.  By default
it uses the "socat" command to connect a remote unix socket to stdio.
A new get_remote_unix_socket_command() lua hook is introduced to get the
path to the "socat" command.
