ChangeLog: 

* testlib.lua (prepare_to_run_tests, prepare_to_enumerate_tests): 
  Default returns 0.
  (run_tests): If either of the above hooks returns a nonzero value, print
  a failure message and return that value immediately.
* testsuite.lua (prepare_to_run_tests): Update the invocation of 
  mtn --full-version to mtn version --full, per rev
  fdafb86c8adf1d3281e0c78504ce30e2211f162d.  If this command fails,
  report both stdout and stderr and return 1, aborting the testsuite.
